Junkyard Beauty Photo Shoot
Shoot level: senior
Note: Due to the drastic weather forecast (heavy rains and possible snow) we are forced to reschedule this shoot for March. Fingers crosed for warmer weather by then. Apologies.
Junkyards are the most unglamorous locations, yet using one for unusual shots can work. Come along and try something slighly diffrent. Use the automatic contrast between soft human beings and the uncompromising hardness of refuse. We will try and find a true junk area hence bring your boots and some deodorant :)
Meeting time: 1.00PM
Shoot length: 1.30PM - 4.00PM
Drinks & Photo Feedback: 4.30PM to whenever your heart desires Props, camera kit, ideas and enthusiasm is on you - the rest is on us :)
Note: please make sure you read the Refund policy befor you RSVP and that you're up for the challenge. Also for the senior shoots we will take the right to decline a member application if we feel you are not quite at a seior level. To make the best of the shoot we will need to limit the number of attendees. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Fantastic models and great location! At least we didn't get our shoes dirty at the junkyard ;) Good to have so many models available so we could shoot one on one pretty much all the time.

After all it was a great day. I was hoping for a junkyard, and thus one location. But Camden Town has a lot different locations to offer. Unfortunately by the time I knew the different locations, the day was already over. So lessons learnt for me: get there earlier and explore the location (but we need to know in advance if it will be one or multiple locations. Plus: great number of models vs. photographers (1-1 or 1-2 is just perfect).

It was a real treat to have so many great models to work with - thanks to you! I had been looking forward to working in a true junkyard, with stacks of rusting cars, mud, broken glass and so on. However, after some exploration this area yielded a variety of suitable settings for a gunky kind of look.

You should be proud of your three Musketeers Chessie. They somehow managed to pull the rabbit out of the hat and perform their roles magnificiently. In the line of business, it is usually frustrating for shared Leadership to work effectively. But Al, Vip' and Rui overcame that obstacle in a professional manner. It must have been the excessive alcohol consumption. Or may be the exuberance of being in charge.
Great shoot. The crowd seemed to be everywhere . That made it more challenging in exploring suitable venues. Excellent mix of models. Thanks a lot Guys and Dolls.

I want to say thank to everybody, photographers and models; you made a good job and helped all of us to have a great day. Camden was crowded but full of places to shoot. The environment at the end of the day was one of the bests we ever had.

Pretty models and cool location (Camden) even though during weekends is crowded so sometimes was hard to find a nice but quite spot to shoot. Later in the afternoon got much better (less people around) so maye this is more a location for long summer days.

Very good day, lots of fun. Camden is a hard place to shoot in due to crazy market goers, but we def made the most of lots of cool locations. The models were great and It was fun meeting all the photographers again. And the after drinks went down very well.
