Shaken at 4am?

The snow held off for us last Monday night and what a Monday night it was. Thank you to:

  • Brian for sharing a legal horror story that made everyone cringe and think twice about their website
  • Ron for stepping up and helping Tom with the presentation
  • Bob for the Landing Pages and Social Media presentation
  • Dave with the super cool eye tracking/heat maps

So much was covered, and so much yet to cover!

Next month Analytics at the IIT campus in Wheaton
April is Multivariant (A/B Site) Testing ready for landing pages
May is Ecommerce and PayPal payment systems at

We have some new FVCP members I would like to share with you:
David Phyfer of Stage Fright Productions has taken over as our video professional and we are
looking to get the presentations up. Acutally, as I am writing this he sent me an email stating
that Dave's presentation is ready. Check the video section because the vids
are coming!

We would also like to welcome Arch Printing ( into the fold. They have been
providing us printed materials and they have promised us custom printing swag deals for
our members...that's YOU! Details are coming.

We also have two job posting that have come across the desk:
There is a local company looking for someone for his company who free lances and has knowledge of Cobalt.
Details I do not have as of yet, but they are coming soon.

An 85k-150k Java/C++/Ruby/Python gig in Seattle.
If you are looking to get out of here and be in a grunge band and drink lots of coffee and
care about the Earth and other stuff, give [address removed] a shout and tell them the
FVCP sent you

Till next,
