One of my strong beliefs is that being rich of many cultures is a blessing.
We will strive to bring together the best of two cultures and that is why the best of American good manners and the best of American French good manners must be one of our rules of conduct. Answering emails from members promptly  and un-registering from events even if at the last minute are a must

Our group is open to lovers of French Language and French culture but embraces the values of Democracy.

In addition we would like you as a member to feel at home and part of a big warm, civilized family and that is why Racists, haters, Right wing fascists, Stalinists either French or Americans or from any Nationality and their supporters are NOT WELCOME. We will raise a red flag through Email each time modern Democracies values created by the American Revolution and the French Revolution are attacked by extremists.The Reality is that Rupert Murdoch's Fox Empire has become the sponsor of Domestic terrorists such as Sarah Palin, Bill O'Reilly, Glen Beck. In addition recently he has become a criminal in England after his companies hacked phones including the phone of a Kidnapped girl and the phone of the previous prime minister.

On the fun side, We will on a regular basis update you on pleasant Francophone events mostly in the Los Angeles region. In addition our Franco American events are extremely successful, in a very relaxed ambience and with very, very nice people.
Our website is very open to welcoming all level of French as long as you have a desire to improve your knowledge of the French culture and the French language.

We are cooperating with most French institutions and most French groups in order to select for you the Best of the Best in French culture and French events. We however are open to all events and all cultures that involve ethical, intelligent people. 

This French-Language-Friends Meetup will be a center that showcases great French opportunities around the French language with an emphasis on French arts..
We are looking to help create a great Future by building a group where the best of the French spirit and culture as well as the best of the American spirit and culture are put together for a richer and successful life as well as of course having a lot of fun which is part of the " Art de vivre".
As a courtesy to all members a picture is mandatory, members without a picture will be deleted.
If you register for our events and fail to show up three times you will be deleted from our Meetup group
