Any recommendations?

Hello members,

Sorry for not having been as active lately. Between year end being around the corner at work and working on my applications, abundance of time hasn't quite been my friend of late.

I wanted to share with you a very insightful video where Betsy Massar, a former Harvard graduate and original founder of this group, speaks with admissions representatives about the application essays and how one can go about drafting the strongest possible application. As many of you , including myself, move close to our Round 2 deadlines, I hope this video will go some way into providing you with tips that will stimulate your thinking towards crafting the strongest possible application. Additionally, you can also check out her website (her company masteradmissions is one of our group sponsors) where she posts several blogs and provides great application tips.

Also, due to my time constraints, i will be unable to host any meetups until next month. It's a busy time of the year for many members while many others are on holiday (or in the holiday spirit). I'l be back hosting the meetups from Wednesday, January 11th but, in the meantime, if any of you would like to take over as host in the interim, please do let me know. I have plenty of topic specific study material that I can share with you and all that is needed from your end is a decently sized location (preferably a study room). Send me an email if you can and I will coordinate with the group.

Happy holidays to all of you.
