I don't know how to put in the "Good to see you", but it was!

You have to go at your body's pace and not compare to anyone else. If you stick with it, then your body will open up and become more flexible. When your body is more open and flexible, then your energy and health improve too.

Good as always. Was a bit sad too because Daniella won't be teaching regular. But her life is more than full already and that is a good thing. Plus, she will be a substitute teacher for us.

I had a wonderful time at class today. So glad I got to meet and learn from Daniella before she left. Looking forward to next Monday. :)

Greeets! I will miss DANIELLA!!! I have had some realizations in Her class, that there's more to yoga then just the poses? I've been coming out of class very JUICY!!! To say the least... may she stay well, on happy trails!!!

I am very sad to hear Daniella will no longer be teaching Monday evenings, as she was an excellent teacher whom I looked forward to seeing on a weekly basis. However, I wish her the best and look forward to continuing with Samantha.

The good news is that Daniella has agreed to take on the role of Substitute Teacher so you may be seeing her sooner than later.

Daniella has a need to take a break from teaching for awhile. She hopes to be back teaching another class for us sometime this summer. We sure hope she comes back to teach, because she is a dedicated and sincere teacher who only wants the best for her students. Daniella says she might come to classes in the future as a student. This will be Daniella’s last teaching class for awhile. Samantha will be taking over this class as the regular teacher starting next week. Please let’s all let Daniella know how much we appreciate her and the time she so generously gave to us. Thank you Daniella!

We have cancelled the meetup for May 26th because it is Memorial Day. We will meet on the Monday before and after Memorial Day. Thanks.
