I'm sorry I couldn't make it today. I was stuck in heavy traffic on the way there.

I have found that it is best not to take the highway or freeway at that time of day and then I get their early instead of late.

Hopefully you were able to practice car yoga :) I find that traffic is actually one of the best "real-life" uses for yoga. Just breathe! Hopefully see you soon!

I would love to partake, but now I am teaching over at the first christian church at the same time!

Perhaps I will have the pleasure of taking your class on another night. Namaste!

The week of June 23-27 from 8:30-3:30 there will be day classes held in the Fellowship hall. Class materials will be set out for the entire week. My request is that nothing is moved and the area is not used. I believe the accordion doors will keep the rooms separate and enough space for the yoga and tai chai classes.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
