#6 Yoga Class: taught by Meghan, Registered Yoga Teacher

All levels of experience are welcome to this class.

Attendance is free to all.

Please Bring: 

1. Yoga mat for yourself. We have some donated mats for class use.

2. Reusable water bottle for yourself

Optional: yoga strap to facilitate some stretching exercises, an old or used belt often works

Optional: yoga blocks to support or make easier some poses

Optional: any yoga gear that you find helpful

Optional: extra yoga mat for a guest or visitor
