I've long been interested in the conflicts, as well as the agreements, between the durum and semolina schools of thought. Also, my email changed so I had to join again.
I do believe we should welcome all grains, including quinoa, spelt and millet. So if you feel that you are wheat-free, please don't let that stop you from joining us!
