Retire to France

I hope to move to Fr this summer. I have an interview with the French Consulate in Vancouver in June/18. I need to provide proof of a place to stay for at least 3 months. Does anyone know someone in the southern half of Fr who might rent an affordable room or studio apartment to a senior for 270 E max? I realize that leases in Fr go for 1 or 3 yrs.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi Chloe
I am in Bordeaux at the moment. There are notices at Alliance Francaise (AF) and there are home-stays associated with AF as well. I wonder if you took a course there if you could get into a home stay for a few months? You can find all of the AF on the internet and contact them directly for information.
Good Luck

We are looking for people to be involved in the French library. It is a super fun environment!

You can be involve in the area you desire:

- Book classification
- Marketing

If you are interested, don't be shy! :)
