Thursday is the first day of Bastille Days so we will meet at the Alliance Francaise stand to "do lunch" with the Thursday French lunch group. The Alliance will have sandwiches or you could get something elsewhere. And of course, who could resist a beignet and coffee for dessert? The Alliance Francaise should be on Jackson between Kilbourn and Wells, near the Cathedral. Parking is difficult so be prepared to walk. Again, that's at 12:00 on July 12th. Please RSVP so I may let them know how many to expect. Bastille Days is North America's largest outdoor French themed festival held in downtown Milwaukee in Cathedral Square Park. The festival returns July 12-15, 2012 as we celebrate our 31th anniversary! Celebrate the French Independence Day with a variety of entertainment options, roaming minstrels, activities for the kids, great food and much more! http://easttown.com/events/bastille-days for more details about the festival, which is free.
