The Work of Byron Katie is a simple, yet powerful process of inquiry-based stress reduction. In terms of "Presence," Katie sometimes refers to The Work as a "how-to" for Eckhart Tolle's experience.

Just about everyone experiences problems in life, especially related to:

-- chronic or terminal illness

We meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, to discuss a topic related to presence, honest communication, or mindfulness. Learn to use The Work of Byron Katie as a simple and powerful tool to identify and question the stressful concepts that affect your entire experience of life. The Work shows you how to consult your inner wisdom - at any time - to discover what's REALLY true for you, releasing you from your stressful reactions to thoughts and beliefs (which are often motivated by fear, and/or an illusion of control).

Experience mental clarity and genuine love, joy, and gratitude where suffering and victimization once dominated your life. Practicing The Work regularly can profoundly transform your life. Come and test it for yourself!
