The Native American Art Festival highlights some of the finest Southwest Native American artists. The theme of the festival is "The Gathering: Living the Legacy."
What happens at the Native American Arts Festival?
The Native American Arts Festival features award-winning artists and showcases both traditional and modern Native American Art. Jewelry, pottery, basketry, weaving, kachinas, painting, beadwork and more will be available for viewing. The cultures and traditions of the Native Southwest are a major part of this festival, with authentic foods, artist demonstrations, musical performances, and traditional dancing.
When is it?
Saturday, January 26 and Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where is the Native American Arts Festival?
The festival will be held at Litchfield Elementary School, 255 E. Wigwam Blvd., across from the Wigwam Resort. Here is a map to that area.
How much are tickets?
Admission is $5 per person, and children 12 and under are admitted free.
