I believe there is a spam email going around from "susan" with the subject line: IMPORTANT DOCS.

DO NOT VIEW THE DOCUMENT OR OPEN ANY ATTACHMENTS.  PLEASE DELETE THE EMAIL.

Obviously someone hacked into the Meetup.com website so just delete it and you will be okay; sorry for any inconvenience.
