Let's wind down after cramming to get our taxes done. ***Those who took extensions are still welcome to attend. Pallets has been open for just a week. In my view it is one of the coolest downtown venues with a hip atmosphere. They offer Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese fares. The sushi and all the other dishes are outrageously delicious. In addition, they offer 20 craft beers on tap. The place has a very warm atmosphere with numerous patios. All of the servers have positive attitudes and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. It's now one of my favorite downtown spots. Here is a link to Pallet's Web site. You can click on the menu and check out the food http://www.palletsfoodandbar.com/
At Roosevelt and 3rd St, the streets get weird due to change of lane directions. I have drawn a map for you to make it simple. If you click on the Photos above, I have scanned a simple map for you. Click on photos, then Sunday Brunch at Switch. The map is one of the 2 photos posted there. The best way to get there is by taking 3rd Street south. Ladies, if you would like to be walked to your car when leaving any event, let me know and one of us will accompany you.
