On Dec. 15th, we're offering a preview of the class, to show what we've got in store for you in 2014.
This 45-minute workout session focuses on boosting your metabolism and improving strength, muscle tone, and endurance. Appropriate for beginners and for advanced athletes, as modifications will be provided as needed.
Recommended for you to bring:
Towel (bath size) or yoga mat.
Athletic shoes and attire.
You will be given a liability release to sign prior to the start of the session.
