This location is shown only to members
Note 1) You must arrive before 9pm to gain free entry (at previous events here it was until 10pm).
Note 2) We highly recommend new members arrive as close to the start as possible, ideally by 8.00pm. At this time it's much easier to introduce new members to the group, before most members start arriving. Also note that the music is likely to be loud after 9pm.
Note 3) I'll be hosting the event and greeting new members (my name is Martyn for those of you who don't know me). My brother Terry will also be assisting me with hosting the event. In the unlikely event that I don't see you first, please ask members in our reserved area for me by name so I can welcome you to the group. I'll be holding a white attendance sheet and my photo is on the right. I'll also be wearing a small yellow scarf to help you recognise me :-)
Join us for a Saturday Night-Out in the heart of Central London at the beautiful Grace Bar in Soho (seconds away from Piccadilly Circus Tube Station). Grace Bar is a classy venue where guests have free access to a number of very distinctive areas, including a lounge, cocktail bar, dancefloor and restaurant.
The venue is conveniently located near Piccadilly Circus Tube Station in Central London. The meetup will start at 7.30pm and the venue closes at 1am. Please note that you must arrive before 9:00pm to gain free entry. After 9:00pm they charge between £5-£8 for entry.
Once again we've reserved an area downstairs in the very stylish white cocktail bar called 'The Milk Room' (pictured left and below).
Please note that at previous events the management have kept the music at a lower level just for our group until around 9.00pm, but afterwards the volume is likely to be loud (as you'd expect from a 'party bar' located around the busy Piccadilly Circus/Soho area on a Saturday night)..
Finally, if you have any queries then please do not hesitate to contact us by email through this website. Just click on my photo (Martyn) and choose the option to send an email.
