I Went to Epping Forest on a 7 mile walk. I had a great time. It was muddy and I nearly slipped but I managed to hang onto a branch. I had a lucky escape otherwise I could have been covered in mud. I was with a group of 18 people but we lost one. A few of us looked for him but we didn’t find him and assumed that he was ok as he didnt call.
After five hours of walking we went to a country pub and had a drink before heading off home. What did you see at the Science Museum today?

There were actually a lot of people, but they were spread out in different gallery spaces - the event was sold out in fact - and the main act was in the Imax cinema later... it ran over 2 nights, and I played at both. Btw this saturday a few of us are in a pub in Chiswick having a few drinks (we're saying good bye to the owner), you are welcome along. ;-)

Nice chatting with you at the end of the meetup tonight. From what people tell me, you should check out the Kingston & Richmond group as well. Some of the people there tonight go to those meetups too... and it's closer for you!
