Meet other internationally-minded people with a European affinity in a convivial cross-cultural atmosphere. If you were born in Europe, have lived there, or have some other strong European connection and want to make interesting new friends, practice your language skills or just have fun, come join us!
Drop in when you can and stay for as long as you want. Newcomers are especially welcome. You'll discover a friendly group where mingling is mandatory! Check in at the welcome table to receive your Friends of Europe name badge: your passport to mingling.
Street parking nearby is usually not difficult but there is garage parking underneath the venue building for a flat-rate of $5, as well as free parking lots a short walk a way. The location is served by multiple Muni buses. For directions, bus stops and parking info see this Google Map.
Drink specials will be available. The event will end around 7 p.m. to allow people to dine together afterwards if they wish at the venue or nearby restaurants.
There is a limit on the number of people the venue can accommodate. Please RSVP YES only if you are fairly confident that you - and your guest if you are bringing one - will be able to attend. Events are always full, so if your plans change or your guest cannot come please update your RSVP so someone else can come instead.
