European culture and people have always fascinated me, partly due to the contrasts with my own background. But similiarities also abound, and one of the common bonds I often find with many European born people living in America is our immigrant experience. Originally from India, I came to the US 30+ years ago, and moved to the Bay Area about a dozen years ago. I travel quite a bit, and had the pleasure of working in many different countries, including Switzerland, Sweden, England and Ireland.
