Hometown: Glendale, CA

I don't like having my picture taken so I submit other ones. I used to live in Berkeley, I now miss knowing people from all over the world and their wider media perspective. I paint, draw, and bicycle.
Glendale, California, the armpit of America
I went to Europe for six weeks. I felt more at home there than I do here in the US sometimes. I like hearing other languages, and know a bit of them.
It was good to meet you at the first Oakland writers session. I was hoping to see your notes about my story but didn't get your copy of it back. Could you please bring it to the next meeting? I'd like to read your feedback. Thank you! Deanne
Welcome to East Bay Classic Fiction Book Club! Looking forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming events! Carissa
I'm sorry I missed you. I know we keep missing each other! :(
Unintended consequences of my comments have erased your wonderful profile pic. Please consider bringing him back! I was only joking at the low turnout the past few sessions!
Hi Gwen. Let's hope that never happens. I am hoping to have a meet up some time in June as I am really busy this month. So, I am open to suggestions. Don't have a bike yet.

Yes welcome Gwynn!! I echo Rosy's welcome and do look forward to meeting you!
Welcome, Gwynn!!!!! We're so glad that you've joined our group!
We really hope that you come to our special event (ART FOR PEACE), coming up on January 29th. It may be our last event for a while, so if you can make it, PLEASE DO! I have a feeling it's going to be a very powerful one, given its theme, intention and the creative, inspiring group of people who have already signed up. (Not from Meetup, but our other communities) Lots of love to you, Rosy (and Mireya)
Hi Gwynn, thanks for joining us. Hope to see you again next week, January 17th. Anyka
