Ramadan First Iftar @ Sultana

Hello Friends,

Well, Since this coming Saturday will might be a rainy day, and many friends are afraid of hiking while fasting, lets meet then for our first Ramadan Iftar at Sultana Grill Restaurant , we have negotiated a great Moroccan Iftar goodies Menu, which includes:

Harira, Baghrir, Shabbakiya, Batboute, Sfouf, Eggs, Dates,Briwate, Juice, Milk Coffee, Tea.

all for $15.00, Tips and Taxes are not included, we'll be collecting $20.00 for each person, any tips will help keep our meetup active, you could pay upon your arrival, or after, Cash is preferred.

you don't have to fast to join us, looking forward to see you All.

for any question please call or text (917)[masked], or simply write on the wall down here.

Ramadan Mobarak Kareem !!!

Mohammed Alami.

Meanwhile we are going to keep the Full Moon Hike meetup text to copy it for another day.

I would like to open a discussion to see who is in for the hike and what are the preferences. The idea is to get to experience full moon hike that culminates in a full moon view from a vantage point.
It is expected that some or most participants will be observing Ramadan. So the timing of f'tour to the start could be debated.
Option 1: Leave before sunset, break the fast on the way and plan to have the meal at the vantage point.
Option 2: Wait until everyone ha had their meal and then start the hike.

I do prefer "option 1". Let's get the debate started.

The Ramadan Iftar Meetup was very well organized. Thanks to Mohammed Alami and Said Lakouhel for doing their best to make the event go smoothly! It also allowed me to catch up with old friends and meet new people.

I see not much interest on this event, and many people are afraid of the time and the weather of this event, how about if we switch it to an Iftar meetup in Sultana Restaurant in Arlington, please answer ASAP to give us enough time to edit this event before Saturday approach ...
    Thank you & Ramadan Karim.

    Mohammed and everyone,

The weather forecast shows thunderstorms Saturday night. If it keeps that way, we will cancel the event if the sky is not clear enough to enjoy moon shine.

Ramadan Karim to all our friends, it's about 10 days left for this meetup, is everybody fine with the location, we should post it if you guys are fine with the great falls.
we gonna have another Iftar meetup: many friends ask to be hosted in Sultana Restaurant, others prefer Zaaki for $20.00 and now Zikrayet start making Iftar for $25.00 open buffet, let's discuss where you feel a better place to have your restaurant Iftar.
Ali, please text or call me on (917)[masked] to discuss more details about the Full Moon event.
    Thank You.

The places I am familiar with might not be suitable since they are father away from DC and fairly challenging. So, lets open up the discussion. I believe somewhere around great falls must meet the requirements and be feasible to most. Please speak up if you have a suggestion. If no suggestion makes it, lets make it great falls.
