Introduction

I am into hiking, biking, running, x-country skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking and whatever else is outside. Usually I'm all alone so once in a while it's nice to meet some other people and talk about all that stuff.

Where is your favorite place to hike?

What John Murray is saying about this Meetup Group

Myles Standish is a great big parcel that is good for all kinds of activities. Way better than sitting on a treadmill all day.

  • Hello John,

How are you doing? I hope you got the group email indicating that I closed the Duxbury Cycling group down! Thank you once again for showing up and mapping out routes. You were a great fellow biker! I hope you have continued to ride and have had no further falls:) No more train track wrecks for me!
We rented out our place in Duxbury effective September 15th! So far the tenants are happy with the place. I hope work and school are going well for you. Are you on LinkedIn?

  • Hello John,

Thanks so much for being so understanding. I am really happy that I got my message to you before you did the "run around" to get your bike fixed! Tomorrow is the last scheduled bike meetup. Thank you for being such a great member of the Duxbury Cycling Meetup Group! I don't know when I will be biking again in Duxbury this fall. I have heard of a couple of biking events in September; I will forward them to you. I am planning on attending at least one of them.

  • Hello John,

I hope you are having a good week! I have to apologize but I cannot make this Sunday. I really hope I am not screwing up your day. I just found out I have to take care of house stuff on Sunday AM and it is the only time available to do so before the renters move in. Please accept my apology; I really prefer to get in a 28 mile bike ride.
