Fitness Goals and Motivation Workshop

During this meeting, we'll discuss how to set goals that will empower our fitness performance. We will also discuss different types of motivation and ways of staying focused on our goals. Through sharing our own experiences, we can learn from each other and help each other to succeed.

We will meeting in Studio A this time. I look forward to seeing you there!
