Sunday ultimate frisbee at Cranberry Park (+clinic/workshop at 1:30pm)

The weather is heating up, and so are the games...folks are picking up new skills and getting into shape at an breathtaking pace ...(hey i didn't say I was, just that some people are)...all the same, whatever the skill level, it's good to see the level of fun rise as well, as we get to know each other better...and still no pressure for first timers! (isn't that right, Jade?)

See y'all on the grass, ye evil dishthrowers. PWi

PS: At Darren's request, I'll show up half an hour early (1:30pm) for those of you who want to learn forehand, hammer or other fancy stuff (at least the stuff i know) or just to figure out how to throw the darn thing without it wobbling all over the place.

No clinic, but I learned a ton! We had a full 7-on-7 and went for 2 hours. Great park to play in.

Great bunch of people and a lot of fun. I need to get my fitness up though as this game is demanding if you want to keep up

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
