Movement for Life - In depth look at basic human movement, and exercise.

Come join us at Nutri-Sport, where personal trainer Wesley Keith and owner of 22nd Street Barbell will be talking about the basic human movements.  Having an overall understanding for how your body should move functionally can be translated into your daily lives at home, work, and during workouts.  This is the key to injury prevention.

We will cover:

• Basic understanding of how to collect the spine in a neutral position.

• How to move optimally to produce the best result with the least amount of effort.

• Muscle imbalances and how to work to correct them.

• Building strength from the ground up.

"Our current movement and exercise patterns are based on very little understanding of how the body is meant to move;  and our current lifestyles are designed to destroy our movement patterns, and athletic potential."

~ Wes Keith

I learned more about form and movement in an hour than I have with months of personal training. Two thumbs up!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
