Plan is to hike up to the Sahale Glacier Camp and return the same day.

Please view the following NPS websites for a trail map and current conditions. Suggest waterproof boots, hiking poles, bug spray, sunscreen and the remaining 10 essentials.

Here's a site for inspiration. Their hike was in early August, so we can get a sense of what to expect.

Park & Ride Info:

The off-ramp for the S. Everett Fwy Station P & R is on the left off I-5. It is probably the most convenient for those coming from Seattle and Eastside, there is also a express bus route 510 from Seattle reaching there at 6:31AM. Hope this works for all.

I think I was on the waiting list for this, and it seemed like such a remote possibility that I would get to go I made other plans. Was already out of town when the confirmation came. Sorry!

Weather forecast for Marblemount is Sunny for Saturday! I live on Eastside, will drive and carry 3 others. Yoshi, would you be coming up I-5? In that case we can pick up passengers at an interim point on each side of the lake and meet at Everett south P&R at 06:30. Who is the third driver?

Anyone interested in carpooling from the Eastside? I can either take 4 passengers with me or ride with someone. Can meet anywhere along the 405 corridor.
