What is it?
Si draws between thirty thousand and fifty thousand visitors a year, making it the most heavily used trail in the state. As a result, on any sunny summer weekend the trail will be crowded
Where is it?
Just off exit 32 from I-90, near North Bend and Snoqualmie Pass.
What will the people be like?
I've invited a few co-workers to come with me, so please wear appropriate clothing and appropriate humor. A tail and some fluffy jokes are fine, they all have seen pictures of me at events :P
Will I need anything?
Consider bringing at least two water bottles for yourself, and if you think you'll want them, clean socks. I will have a backpack, and if one other hiker helps me, we can probably hold all the water :) I will have a few dinner locations to choose from for after the hike, under $20 a person.
To park at the lots near the trailhead, you will need to have a Discover Pass, but you can park relatively nearby for about $3.00.
