Hybrid naming conventions dictate that the first half of the hybrid's
name comes from the species of the sire and the second half the dam.
There actually are both ligesr and tigons in the real world-- ligers
are the offspring of a male lion and a female tiger, and tigons a male
tiger and female lion. So, draw what conclusion from that you will,
with regard to the lineage of the various folfs, cabbits, funnies
(fennec-bunny hybrid) &c within our community.
