Reservations so far are quite a bit under WFS 9's record numbers... If you haven't yet, please do register for the event on FurLife so I have the most accurate number possible for our lane and restaurant reservations... here's a link to the webpage: When Furballs Strike 10 Registration Page
Also a trio of slick announcements: Michael J has very kindly offered to bring back those nifty FurLife badges to the meet, and will also be pre-printing complimentary badges for all REGISTERED FurLife members to pick up at the meet during the check-in time. He asks that if you want a badge for WFS 10, make sure you're registered for the meet by this Wednesday.
In addition, if you haven't heard, Kitty Loves Monster will be debuting a couple of new shirts at the meet, the official FurLife shirt
and an adorably cute "Fursuit handler"
shirt which can be pre-ordered (click the links above) and picked up right at WFS 10!
Finally, it is my pleasure to announce that the wonderful folks at Fur The Record will be making their WFS debut at the meet, spinning a wide variety of music for you all to enjoy while bowling. They do a lot for the local fur community and it's great to have them on board!
I'm also excited to see how the new raffle system works out... as a quick refresher there will be a separate drawing pool for each prize, we have everything from awesome plushes to things for your kitchen and your home and even some furry art, and a gorgeous wolf sculpture so you can pick what you want to try and win. But if you don't win with your ticket(s), don't despair! There will be LOTS of "last chance" prizes to give away as well from all the non-winning tickets such as some extra donated prizes, and gift cards galore. I love giving stuff away, and it's all a "thank you" for bowling with us at WFS 10! Remember extra raffle tickets are just $1 each and 100% of the sales go towards the raffle prize pool for the next meet.
If you plan to bowl, please plan to arrive around 2:15 (and no later than 2:30) so we can make the registration process run as smoothly as possible and fire up the lanes at 3pm.
See everyone on Saturday!
