Thanksgiving Dinner

Jackie has so generously offered to host a Thanksgiving dinner for our group.  The house will be open at 3 p.m. for those who need to put finishing touches on their contributions.  "The Game" will be on at 4:15.

 

Please post a comment to say what you will be bringing.  Check comments from others so we can avoid duplicates.  Here are some ideas for what to bring:

Green bean casserole

Sweet potato casserole

Mashed potatoes

Mac 'N Cheese

Greens

Salad

Rolls

Cranberry sauce

Dessert

Everyone, please plan to bring a drink to share.

 

The address will be sent out the day before.  We'll be in Rockville.

    The address was sent at 5 p.m. today. Check junk mail. If you don't have it by tomorrow morning email me or check the website for a phone number to call for directions. The reason why I wait until the day before is to avoid having to send numerous individual emails to people who sign up later. Usually by the afternoon before events that are held at people's homes, the RSVPs are pretty much settled. Even with this step in place, I still end up sending quite a few emails because my email ends up in people's junk folders or gets tucked away in other folders because of mail filters.

    Hi all, I believe Chazz is the one to send out Jackie's address to us so I guess we'll have to wait for her to do this. I am a little surprised that she hasn't yet but I'm sure she will soon. I hope!

    That would be helpful to have the address, so we are not knocking on stranger's houses asking where the party is. I am bringing bean dip, I hope it is okay since it is not on the list. I may also bring drink mix. Would someone please notify via email of the address?
