As I've gotten older I've become more politically aware and increasingly concerned with the advancement of LGBT rights.

This was my first meetup and the GALHA presence was non-existant. I was disappointed as I thought there would have been something to recognise the group by - perhaps I misunderstood how the group operates? Anyway, it's a shame I didn't get to meet any of the other group members.

Hi Michael,
This event wasn't actually a typical GALHA event, this was actually organised by the Protest the Pope coalition, made up of a number of similar groups such as the NSS, BHA and Central London Humanists. As such it wasn't appropriate for us to promote ourselves. We're back to our regular schedule of monthly events in October, so hope to see you there!Also please join us at the march on September 18th at Hyde Park - look for the GALHA banner.
