Recently I have been settling in as I just moved from Atlanta to Cambridge. I wish to further my development skills, but I have a key interest in 3D modeling and level design.

Hi Liz! Welcome to the Boston area! The anime meetup group is just awesome. I've only been a member for ~7 weeks and have enjoyed everything I have attended. Plus, unlike most similar groups, we tend to also do a whole bunch of off-topic events (kayaking, paintball, hiking, tours, etc) that are a blast as a geeky bunch. The group is mostly mid-20s to mid-30s and quite welcoming to new members (best of the meetups I've tried during my two months in Boston). Email me if you want any more info.
