I thought this was a good overview of key areas to focus during a mobile game / app launch and development cycle. I do think it was too high level and "hand wavy" for what I expected. Perhaps it could have benefited from more empirical evidence presented with case studies to support it.

great presentation. yes it was a big picture these are the steps you gotta do kind of presentation but i think that was its intention. as per some comments it prolly woulda been better to make this clearer in the title. Mastering an art sounds more detail oriented. The content was more of a gameplan. I appreciated this because it showed me that i wasnt missing anything in the major steps to take to promote a game plus gave me new ideas. Well worth it.

Interesting presentation, but quite short, and almost entirely focused on mobile games.

I concur-- there were some interesting pieces and stats, but when I read the title "How to Market your Game" I thought it would have info relevant to various platforms-- last night's presentation was mostly about apps and mobile game marketing which doesn't help a PC dev.
