NYC Gaming January meetup

It's a new year and a new batch of sweet, sweet demos at this month's NYC Gaming!  We're back at General Assembly this month with awesome people, demos and drinks. Come here to meet and collaborate with New York's top game designers, developers, businesspeople and creatives across multiple platforms -- mobile, PC, console, social and more.

No experience with gaming is necessary to attend.  Just come and enjoy yourself.

This month's demos include:

Mo Lam - TwoChop's new platform

David Weinfeld - Screach Interactive

Jeb Balise - Crosswords by PuzzleSocial

Jason Costa - Race Condition

Alberto Escarlate - WeTopia

Jeff Hsu - Catball Eats It All

Johannes Krämer - The Elf Advent(ure) Calendar

Kevin Harper - Baby Dance Off

The meetup itself was great. Only problem was that lots of people were talking and it was often hard to hear the presenters.

Great meet up...could 2012 be the start of something new for the NYC gaming community? Silicon Alley anyone?

Hey guys (my apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place) haven't been to a meetup in a while, so I wanted to know if we can pay at the door or if we need to RSVP online beforehand? Thanks!

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
