Join us for a highly interesting and enlightening evening as  the eloquent Marc Cofer speaks and answers your questions on Brain State Training; a new Technology Capable of deepening your Spiritual Practice and Expanding Self-Awareness.

Brain training can be many things. Most importantly it is an experience that must be felt. Remember what it was like to feel childlike joy and wonder? How would you put such an experience into words?
Consider the knowledge you’ve learned from your elders and teachers… knowledge handed down from others cannot compare to wisdom received from having your own experience. Brain training is an experience deep within yourself. No one can tell you what is right/wrong or good/bad. You must ‘feel’ it.

Working on yourself and getting to know yourself is the most important work you can do in your entire lifetime. Brain training offers you a pure glimpse into self knowledge by accessing your own intuitive insights.

Marc will close the evening by sharing the Heart Breath Meditation, a simple and quick 'any time' meditation that you may use any time day or night to control blood pressure and heart rate variability.  Synchronize your breath and you may synchronize your heart and your brain!

Neurofeedback (EEG Brainwave Entrainment) commonly facilitates...
*Increased attention / focus / cognition
*Reduced stress related to physical and emotional fatigue
*Increased motivation and mood support
*Deep meditation states, spiritual awareness and intuitional insight

Not thinking... feeling!
There is a way to ‘know’ things that do not come from books. All the libraries of the world are filled with knowledge, but where can you find wisdom? How can you tap into our own inner-knowledge, your inner-voice or your own natural state of mind? If only you could keep a guru at home in your closet...!

Meditation is not what you Think
Know yourself. Don’t just do something, sit there. Good advice from the great gurus of Asia. But, how do you get to ‘know’ yourself and what do you ‘do’ when you just sit there. Do you feel meditation should be more easy?!

Buddha in a Box
Where Spirituality meets Technology!

Brainstate training uses neurofeedback technology (that you can keep in your closet) to map different states of mind. There are no brainstates you don’t already know, but you have certainly forgotten a lot since you were a kid. Imagine having a tool that guides you to a harmonious and balanced state of mind.

At any time, you may train yourself to go to any special place and sustain it. Your brain wants to be in balance. Brainstate training helps you find and sustain those special states to utilize them in everyday life. The technology fits in the palm of your hand... it really is Buddha in a Box.

Neurofeedback! Know your Mind, Know Yourself!
3 brainwave trainings!

1) Quiet Mind
Does it amaze you to know the average person goes to sleep within 6 minutes of going to bed? Is your mind overactive? Quiet Mind is brainwave training designed to put your monkey mind to rest. 20 minutes and you will find states of relaxation you’ve totally forgotten about. Remember how to surrender and you’ll know where inner peace comes from.

2) Happiness
Remember the bubbling laughter of your childhood? What about a place without judgement? Do you perceive events in the outer world without attachment? Imagine removing all stubbornness associated the illusions of your ego. Happiness is 20 minute brainwave training designed to balance right and left sides of your brain and guide you to joy. This vital training is key to know yourself through flexible thinking !

3) Meditation
If you have success with Quiet Mind and Happiness, you may naturally graduate to this state of inner harmony and peace. Meditation is a most special 20 minute brainwave training. Discover what is beyond duality; the Unspeakable state. Remember how to ‘be here now.’ No thinking, no daydreaming, only being !

Marc says:
I have been lucky and fortunate in my life. Brain training technology found me 7 years ago. I saw a 45 minute introduction to this technology and cried most of the way through it. I knew I had found what had spent a good portion of my life looking for... A tool to break my brain... to stop my monkey mind... to allow me to be the boss of my head and not the other way around.

I found a mentor, learned my way around technology and started to discover my own brain states. I sat for a month on a remote island beach and played with every conceivable state of consciousness I'd ever experienced. Not only did I rediscover deep childlike joy, but also states for inner peace and deep intuitive insight.

For the last 7 years I've trained my family, friends and 100's of individuals to be a masters of their mind's. People say I have 'Buddha in a Box' or a 'Guru in my Closet.'
Now, I'm ready to share my discoveries with people ready to experience a meeting of Technology and Spirituality in Singapore.

Please join me for an introduction to Brain State technology and learn about the possibilities of you own discovery through Brain State training.

Brett Rosen, USA Executive Director Bodhi Tree Educational Foundation

Marc is an excellent teacher, both patient and knowledgeable in his field. Different people will have different experiences with Marc’s facilitation of brain training depending on where you are at.  My personal experience took me to unexpected highly tangible dimensions, timeless spaces and realms.  I am now able to recall and incorporated the states or feelings that I experienced in brain training within my everyday life if I chose to do so.  This is a deep life long learning experience and you don’t need to do anything but just sit and be open.  What could be better and easier than that?  It’s a safe and non-invasive process and you will only go where your body, emotions and soul wants and needs to go.

also, most of the facilitators do not live in Singapore and we are fortunate to have them here - otherwise, you'll have to go out of Singapore to see them.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
