Gastonia Society for Freethought Announcements

Hello, everyone, and welcome, newcomers!  Just wanted to clue everybody in on local events.  If you have any suggestions, let me know.  For those of you who can't make it out to the Gastonia meetings, you may be interested in the Charlotte Atheists and Agnostics.

Indie/Foreign Films at the Gaston Public Library
Starting in Jan. 5, the Gaston Public Library (1555 East Garrison Blvd Gastonia, NC) will be playing indie/foreign films every Monday at 6:30p.m. It's free; the films are recommended for ages 17 and up.  Check out the film listings here. I'll post them as notes on our calendar and on our message board, not as events, to prevent Meetup Reminder Fatigue Syndrome.

Dodgeball! If you can dodge a wrench. . .
Registration is currently going on at the YMCA for dodgeball teams.  If you're interested, click here.  Games are Thursday evenings, which will conflict with our evening meetings, but you can always check us at on our Sunday morning meetups.  :)

Here's to a Happy New Year!
Amanda
