Welcome to the Gateway Lo-Downs!

The Gateway Local Dachshund Owners' Society (Gateway Lo-Downs, for short) is a group dedicated to creating and promoting fun activities for Dachshunds, Dachshund-mix dogs, and their owners. We also assist Dachshund owners and potential owners by providing information and support about health care (INCLUDING BACK INJURIES), training & behavior, rescue, and more.

Members of the Gateway Lo-Downs do all kinds of fun things with our dogs, including but not limited to earthdog, agility, obedience and therapy dog visits. Don't know what some of this stuff is all about? Our members will be happy to share their interests with you.

Our frequent meetups include social events, canine sporting events, day trips, competitions, seminars, parades, demonstrations, and more!
