Focus on Commercialisation with Michael Murtagh (and regular Hack Day)

Gold Coast Innovation Centre's Business Development Executive, Michael Murtagh will discuss issues in taking products from concept through to commercialisation.  He will outline the resources the Gold Coast Innovation Centre has to help start-up technology companies along the commercialisation pathway.  He will also provide one on one time to TechSpace members to provide feedback on how to make money from your project.

The space is also open for the regular hack day once Michael's initial talk is finished.

This is our regular Sunday afternoon "club meeting" for Techspace members to meet and hack around with their projects and group projects.

Visitors are welcome to drop in between noon and 2pm and see what the TechSpace is all about. It is helpful if you join this group and RSVP here with a note about any special interest, so we might have someone down at the Space on the day who can address this.

    Hi All
This is the TechShop I was talking about that is available for Singularity University people. Looks similar to FabLab.

Thanks to Michael for dropping in from the Gold Coast Innovation Centre at Grifith Uni, to explain how TechSpace members can progress from tech hobbying, to taking their expertise and potential products and services into commercial reality. I was left with a lot of food for thought, and I hope to see more of yourselves in the near future with some definite initial plans. I think a few other TechSpace folk will be heading your way in future as well.
