Check out other technology while there.

Note: to be involved in the Network game you'll need to be running minecraft on a PC/Laptop - the Pocket version (phone & tablet) is not compatible. To download minecraft go to http://minecraft.net. If you are using minecraft on Linux you can use Steve's scripts from here https://github.com/spidie/minecraft

Arduino Electronics, Robotics, 3D Printing & more

For those that may be participating in our Discovery workshops during the holidays we have opened up the TechSpace for kids that want to drop in and work on their projects during this time. This is generally self-paced but TechSpace mentors will be around to help you with any problems you might have, and you are welcome to use any of the TechSpace equipment once you have been inducted on how to use it properly

Some things you might want to work on:

• Arduino Projects

• Robotics using GCDuino and MiniMoto

• 3D Printing (coming soon - we need to work out the logistics of this)

• Lego Mindstorms

• Soldering (older kids only)

Cost is same as Minecraft LAN - $15 each (you must RSVP here to attend).

Unfortunately we won't be around for this session, but look forward to future KidHack sessions
