This group has become very vibrant and run many successful tech events. We need to spread the word about the TechSpace group to budding electronics engineers and related folk, that this is a group where they can get together, learn and create all sorts of whatever technology they are interested in. We are currently located in the Robina Community Centre, which is a great place for co-working and to run small meetings, but we need a better makerspace for our members to hack around with hardware.
Hi David, my son Jacob has been coming to the Wed night meet ups (accompanied by his Uncle Peter). You mentioned when we first came in that there was a membership fee and I just wanted to check with you what the amount was and how to go about paying it. Do you have an online system?
That was no problem with the tea and eggs, everything is better shared! No doubt will meet up again at another walk somewhere, hope you can get things up & running as you are wishing for.
See you next time!
Thanks. Keep me in the information loop. Joyce
I commented on my feedback from you on Urbanville and as a techie paradise to my computor friend in S.A. He requested more information about the area, tower capacity, network of people and a contact person to find out more. Can I pass on your email address? Joyce ( Beach Walking Group)
thanks. I found it quite interesting. I'll drop Ben a line and see if my friend with the rockets is interested in doing so too.
I don't think I'll ever be able to make a wednesday TBH, with work and stuff, but I'll try to get up there one sunday. Hugh left me the ninjablock set up, so I can have a poke around and get the hang of it beforehand.
If I'm ever in brisbane I'd like to check out the space there, too.
See you soon hopefully! - M.
Hi David, cheers for your greeting. I can not make today's Gold Coast TechSpace - but I would love to come along to a future meeting asap! Chat soon.
I wanted to take a moment to say Thank You for being part of I LOVE DOGS meetup group :) If you ever have any suggestions, questions or feedback please feel free to contact me as I'm a great resource for pet care contacts locally.

Saturday's are a casual meet up afternoon, similar to the Sunday sessions at the Tech Space. I will do my best to make it down and show you around.
There is some pretty good role female role models and notable (outstanding) male supporters on the Goldie [NB: I live in Brissie]. However, there are few females in ICT at student/ early career level to network with. We have been hoping to get a local meet up at the Gold Coast. However, most members are overload with multi-taking in their generally complicated lives. I would be more than happy to discuss with you the GGC on a broader national perspective.
