I would love to be involved. I am busy Saturday, but could help plan, set up and do Friday. I would also bring 2 Arduinos, with solar power, and also the DMD thing if I get time to learn to program it. It will be important to plan security for all my and our stuff, so we can be confident it is looked after / nailed down, and packed securely at the end, when not all of us are there. Labelling everything with that nifty labeller will help a lot. I used it today (more on that later).
Should we do a Google Doc as a collaborative planner for this (as well as one for the Barcamps)? I think that is a very efficient way to plan remotely.

Gold Coast Science Fair is on again this year - 3rd and 4th of August.
We were there last year - it was a huge success we should definitely go on again (note they missed us from website but that should be remedied in next couple of days).
What does everyone want to do? I am keen to do reprap again as it was so popular last time *IF* we can get the repraps performing nicely in time.
I can also bring the Lego along - I have the Rex robot built at the moment at home and it's quite cool - plus we can rebuild the Rubic's Cube solver again which goes down well..
Anyway - ideas much appreciated - it's a great opportunity and a lot of fun.
