Can anyone under 35 help with this?

I am 38 so don't qualify. Putting an age on this does seem a bit agist....I know plenty of older people who would engage better with kids than younger professionals.

Dear Steve Dalton,

StudyGoldCoast in conjunction with Gold Coast City Council (GCCC) is coordinating this year's Gold Coast Science Fair. We need you to get behind your community and help!!!

We are looking for 20 STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) related young (<35 years old) professionals to share their stories and passion for their chosen field as well as answer questions in 4 minute time slots.

The event is set up where students in their groups of 8 will go around to each professional. Follow up activities at school will allow students to share what they found out from each speaker.

The event which will be held on the 3rd of August is a closed event for Gold Coast schools. The top Year 10,11 and 12 students will be present on the day.

This will be a great opportunity to motivate the students to get into your respected field and inspire them to aim high and reach for their goals.

Event Details for applicants:

Date:                   3rd August 2012 (Closed Event)

Time:                   11:30am - 2:00pm

Venue:                Evandale Parklands, Bundall
