Very interesting
And they also have arduino compatible pinout so can use shields
Have a large number of I/O pins
Can even run off a button cell
Cheers Paul

Hi folks,

I came across these this morning while researching parts for my clock kit:
http://au.element14.com/freescale-semiconductor/frdm-kl25z/freescale-freedom
-board-hardware/dp/[masked]?Ntt=[masked]&ICID=ap[masked]-np1

For $11, you get an ARM Cortex M0 based dev board, with 128KB of flash, a
ton of GPIO, a 3 axis accelerometer, an RGB led and a capacitive slider.

Element 14 currently has free shipping, which makes this particularly
awesome.
