Wanted to see HTML 5. The demos were extraordinary and the next day I saw many of the same capabilities now being done very expensively on television commercials. There is going to be a huge market.

I always find that I'm just sooooo happy whenever I go to one of these meetups. Each seems to get better than the last. The only thing I'm worried about is that the group is becoming very large very quickly and while I'm meeting lots of new people every time, I don't have many chances to follow up with people on their projects and really get to know them. To that end, I think another hackathon is in order.

This has to be one of the best GTUG sessions yet. Arne gave us a glimpse of what is coming in HTML5 and Chrome, with enough material to tease us to the point I can't wait to get my hands on it.
This was the first time I seriously thought that html5 indeed could replace flash as a rich client platform.

    Great job GTUG!

Very cool stuff about the future and what can be done with it. I docked one star because a lot of the stuff is not practical to use in the real world yet
