In preparation for the
GTUG Campout coming up fast on August 13-15, our focus is the Chrome Developer Tools. Find out from Brian Kennish how the Google Chrome developer tools can help you prototype, debug, optimize the performance of, and plug memory leaks in your apps. Brian was the first support engineer at Google back when the AdWords API was launched. Since then, he's helped launch four more Google developer products — Gadget Ads, the Analytics API, Wave, and Chrome Extensions. Brian is currently a developer advocate for Google Chrome.

Well constructed presentation, all the pieces in place (links to slides, zoom in for those in the back, clear Q&A method). Everyone in the GTUG group was very friendly and engaged about the topic being covered, Brian was very knowledgeable.

Had no idea the extent of the available tools. Really useful session.

Great talk but I missed something more cohesive for the whole thing, like a mini-app to build during the talk and use all the Dev Tools while building it.

@Gabriel Would love to have you record tonight. If you like, we can give you access to upload it to the GTUG channel on YouTube. Look for the guy in the black tshirt with GTUG logo on it tonight to work out the details. Thanks!

I have a video cam that can take some descent res footage up to 2 hours mpg. It's not streamed but with permission I would like to film the presentation and post it.

The talk/demo on this topic at Google IO was great! I was able to view many of the demoed features on my mac as I tracked along with the presenters.
