February Meetup: Building Polished Android User Interfaces

Nik Bhattacharya is giving a presentation on building polished Android user interfaces based on 6 years of development on the platform. The talk covers some of the problems encountered making custom UI components and some of math and functions that will make your UI programming a pleasure instead of a pain.

Nik Bhattacharya is a principal software architect.  Prior to founding Hit Wicket Apps, Nik was a principal architect at frog design and a senior engineer at Alterpoint Software.  
Hit Wicket Apps is a product company focusing on mobile solutions and user experience.  Hit Wicket's first set of products are games for emerging markets.  Hit Wicket Apps has released 6 sports games since incorporating with over a quarter million downloads in its first year.
