Enjoy a day of yoga, rock climbing, and coaching to get you in the moment and center your soul.
Start your morning stretching out during a yoga class taught by a certified yoga instructor. Next, take part in some life coaching exercises to empower your soul. Finally, enjoy your day with an entire introduction to outdoor rock climbing. You will learn: knots, climbing technique, and communication between climber and belayer. Then you can get your hands on the rocks and climb your little heart out.
