Join us for a lively discussion with Dr. Tom Hanchett about the history and diversity of Charlotte area foods. Dr. Hanchett is a staff historian at the Levine Museum of the New South and a columnist for the Charlotte Observer. The program will cover foods from the past and the present, from old southern favorites to the unique ethnic offerings of today. The program starts at 7:00 p.m. with a catered reception provided by Southern Gourmet from 6:30 to 7:00 before the discussion.
