Appetizer/Salad (choice of one)

Fresh Octopus Carpaccio - served with Italian Mediterranean herbs and fresh spring mixed greens

Crostino di Melanzala - fresh sliced eggplant, Italian bread and tomato served with melted mozzarella

Delizia del Contadina - mixed greens tossed with walnuts, pears & Tuscan Pecorino cheese sticks in a light balsamic dressing

Insalate di Caesar - fresh Romaine lettuce served with classic Caesar dressing and white anchovies

Beef Carpaccio - paper-thin slices of raw beef, baby arugula, olive oil and shaved Parmesan cheese

Fritto Misto - deep-fried calamari and seasoned vegetables served with fresh tomato sauce

Caprese al Fiore di Latte - sliced mozzarella served over beef tomatoes, basil and olive oil and balsamic

Salmon Tartare - fresh salmon served with avocado, portobello mushroom and toasted bread

Entree/Pasta (choice of one)

Braised Lamb Shank - served with gnocchi and tomato sauce

Scottadito - grilled lamb chops served with Italian polenta, asparagus and red wine reduction

Vitello alla Picatta - slices of veal in a picatta sauce, served with sauteed spinach and roasted potatoes

Pollo al Mattone - lemon-infused, brick oven-roasted chicken served with roasted potatoes and onions
