Oktoberfest 2013

Oktoberfest in Asheville, NC is an annual microbrewery and awesome-food celebration.
Tickets are cheapest in advance, but may be available for purchase the day of if any are left.

Before, during, or after the Oktoberfest, Asheville is also an awesome place to test your wallet and your taste-buds with plenty of incredible restaurants and bars to challenge your tongues.
Plus, the French Broad, a local chocolatier, is one of the best around, period.

Can't make that one. I'll have to go to the one at the Lutheran church here in Columbia on Devine street. There's a concept for you, a church hosting a festival where they serve beer by the liter if you want it, while a guy dressed as Martin Luther is walking around with a big list of "talking points".
